How long will it take for purchased item to be posted to me?

Relovethis.com will endeavor to post the parcel to you the day after the order is placed. We aim to have the parcels to you within 3 working days if you are in Cyprus. Please note that the above times are indicative and Relovethis.com cannot guarantee the delivery time.

 

What are the postage costs?

Postage rates are €2.50 per order via courier service in Cyprus for packages up to 2kg. Domestic delivery for orders of over €85 are free.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page.

 

How can I pay for my purchases?

Relovethis.com accepts payment by the following methods:

PayPal (Please note for PayPal orders, we can only ship to the address associated with the account.)

Debit or Credit Card through PayPal (If you don't have a PayPal account and don't want to create one, once you are redirected to PayPal website, you can select the option to pay with your Debit or Credit Card WITHOUT creating a PayPal account)


Are the images shown on your website of the actual items listed for sale?

Yes, we take detailed images of every product that we sell. 


Do I have to pay sales tax?

No, you are only liable to customs tax if you are buying from overseas.


Is a signature required upon delivery?

In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery whether we have shipped it through the national Cyprus postal system or Travel Express courier.

 

How can I return an item?

In order to return an item you have to:

• Send us an email explaining the reason of your return. Once we have agreed, you can send it back to us.
• Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, tags and dustbags.
• Send it to us. Send your item using your preferred courrier or shipping carrier if abroad, to: 59c Acropoleos Avenue, 2012, Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. Please note that the customer is in charge for the cost of the return.

Within 3-4 business days upon receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund for the original sales price in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.

 

Can I Cancel an Order?

Yes. Should you find it necessary to cancel an order, you may do so before shipping. Email us at customercare@relovethis.com to cancel.

 

Can I Pay and Pick Up in Person?

Yes, if you live in Cyprus. Please notify us via email or phone accordingly.

 

How long does my item remain in checkout?

Your item should be paid immediately otherwise another buyer may purchase your desired item and proceed to payment and checkout before you do.

 

What carrier(s) does Relovethis.com use?

Packages are sent via Travel Express courier or Cyprus national postal system.

 

Do you ship to other Countries than Cyprus?

We ship almost everywhere in the world. Contact us for your shipping rates if you can’t find your country in our list.

 

Who Is Responsible For Customs Fees/Taxes?

The buyer of the item is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied by his/her country.

 

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

Under the Login to my account you will find the “forgot your password”. Click on it. Fill in your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to securely change your account password.


What do I do if I want to change my password?

Same as above. Under the Login to my account you will find the “forgot your password”. Click on it. Fill in your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to securely change your account password.


What do I do if I want to manage my personal information?

If you want to change information on your profile, like email, shipping address or username, just go to your account and click on edit. Remember to save all your new details before signing out. Just keep in mind that if you ordered an item which was already shipped we cannot make any changes if you change your shipping address. But next time you shop from us, we will ship to your new address.

 

How do I check what is happening with my Relovethis.com order?

Go to “Your Account”. Click on “My Orders” and you will find all the details concerning each one of your orders, like order number, status (shipped/not shipped). If you have any more questions you can contact us via email.
